About the Author

Edward L. Zuckerman, PhD, found his life’s passion while working as a psychiatric aide at New York’s Bellevue Hospital in the 1960s. He earned his doctorate in clinical psychology at the University of Pittsburgh and worked in community mental health while gaining his license. He has worked with adults with developmental disabilities as well as those with severe alcohol addiction, acted as liaison with state hospitals, and taught undergraduates, as well as maintaining an independent practice in general clinical psychology for many years. He now lives with his family in rural western Pennsylvania, with horses, ducks, geese, chickens, and lots of mud and trees. There, he consults and creates worthwhile practice tools for clinicians.

The concept or reason to buy is sound, yet, the design, the disc, is so very outdated with how it could look and run. Now, it is old looking, hard to move around. and the booklet, oversold. Meaning it looks bigger than it really is and the quality is like - just above a newspaper print quality. A Big turn off.

Not worth the money. Surely not worth the time it takes to try to figure out how to use it, then, the whole idea is simply copying and pasting into a note. Not at all what I expected. I use the non-electronic CT in my practice often. Disappointed.

Good alternative to the book.

this is the most comprehensive item i've ever found on line. it has everything a therapist or psychologist needs to develop and maintain professional reports and records.

It is helpful but a lot of space for progress.

My experience is not goodthe cd may be high quality and it installed easilyhowever ....it is not a stand alone item and should not be sold as suchits use is limited unless you already had the corresponding book to work throughat this point i wish i had bought the text as this cd will be relegated to a drawer until i find yet anothr 50 bucks to buy the accompanying texti don't get why the title says with cd when the book is not a part of it.im very disappointed as i was very enthused at accessing the info after seeing a acquaintance with the book

I am a licensed psychologist who does many assessments during the year. I was looking for a product that would aid me in doing these reports. I had a previous version of the clinicians thesaurus and decided to try the electronic version. I am well pleased with this product. It gives you appropriate phrases when you cannot find the right words to describe your client. It has many other features that make it a must have.
