The spirit of the social entrepreneur that you are comes through loud and clear. It's refreshing to see a young person that has empathy, compassion and love for what he is doing and for the world community also. The idea of win/win is real and captures what I think is the "African Heart". What is striking about the book is that is so well written. Not just the way you articulate the subject matter ( that is to be expected) but the absolute CLARITY with which it is written. For a layperson it was a very easy and enjoyable read. The book was well written, not wordy or technical and was put together where the reader did not get to the point where they were bored out of their mind. I could use this book as a simple explanation or the nitro into a business start up class. I was personal and professional and written from the perspective of the common man. TouchÃ©...

if you want to find yourself bankrupt in 3 years, then this is the book for you. want a maserati? no problem! take out a loan to buy a house. then rent it for $1000 more than the mortgage payment. finally, take out another loan for the maserati and use the $1000 to make the car payment. poof now you have a maserati!! ridiculous.

I loved this book! It was an easy read. Great information. This is what the black community needs. He even gives tools to the Jordan "shiny thing" people. Even if you are aware of the information presented, he gives you a blueprint/leads so you can keep going. I want to say thank you and it was definitely free game for 14.99. I wish I had this book about 10 years ago. I think it would've helped me look at money differently and start the process to financial freedom. This book is very well written/easy to read and offers a lot of insight on how things work behind the scenes. I'm reading the book for a second time to digest some of the knowledge I missed the first time. The book changes your mindset and approach to unlocking financial freedom.

Very good book that more people need to read and understand about how the world / finance works. Would have liked a little more on the topic of how he utilized the LLC to run expenses through the company for max tax benefit but again very good book and an easy read.
